They say all good things must come to an end, and I suppose that’s true in some ways. Today, a major chapter of our friends’ life will wind down to a close as they will log off their WGS, Ulteras, and PC’s one last time, breathe a sigh of contentment, and bid us a heartfelt goodbye.
The last 30 Days…
It seems so long but in reality it flies so fast that we didn’t realized it’s already the poignant final day.Mixed feelings

Questions
When someone resigns, there are inevitable questions. We want to know why. We want to know how it will impact us. Some questions we ask:“Why are you leaving?”
“I don’t remember where you said you are going.”
“When is your last day..?” “May work ka na?”
We generally need a reason that makes sense. Resigning and saying goodbye shakes things up.
We feel sad…we feel lonely but somehow we feel happy for them.
The bottom line
Some close work relationships survive beyond the proximity of a common workspace. Time will tell which will last and which will fade into memory.I hope that our connections remain and our paths cross again.
